Refund Policy

We have your 100% satisfaction as our #1 priority. Often times, for reasons beyond our control, the IRS will reject an e-filed tax return. If that happens, we would be happy to help you get it accepted. If it is not possible for you to e-file, or if you decide to send in a paper return, we will issue you a check for the fee you paid us. Just send us a note at Taxpro@Stadlertax.com with your Name, Social Security Number, and reason for requesting a refund. Of course, if your return is accepted, we will not be able to issue you a refund.
