How can I schedule an appointment with Stadler & Company?​

You may simply call the office most convenient to you (see addresses and numbers below) and one of our friendly staff members will be happy to set up an appointment with the appropriate person for your situation. You may also request an appointment time via email (Please include your location).

What do I need for my appointment?

For tax preparation appointments, please see our checklist. If you are coming in for a business or financial appointment, please give us a call ahead of time to see what kind of paperwork you should bring with you. * If you’re not sure if you should bring something, just take it along—we’d rather have more information than we need than not enough.

What professional training do you offer?

We are recognized as Continuing Education Providers with NASBA and the IRS as having the proper knowledge to educate other professionals. It is very important to us that our staff are educated on current laws and regulations. So, right now, we offer only in-house training to our group. We are always looking for great, hard-working, ethical people to join our growing staff. Please contact Lori Carpenter if you’re interested in joining our team.

How long will it take your tax professionals to prepare my taxes?

We generally allow a half hour to an hour to meet with you. Sometimes we can get your return done while you are here and other times, we will finish the preparation of your return within a few days (depending on how quickly you get anything that was missing back to us).

How much does it cost for you to prepare my tax return?

We charge on a per-form basis, so it depends on what needs to be filled out. We believe that customers want their taxes prepared for a fair, competitive rate. So, you can have peace-of-mind that won’t cost you an arm and a leg. In fact, we are typically less expensive than the national chains—we don’t have to pay for the expensive TV commercials.
